• Handling a 10-member team to deliver continued customer support for invoice disputes for French accounts via mails and calls.
• Supervise the team and their customer interactions on mails and calls to ensure high-level quality of service is maintained at all times and handle escalations
• Compile customer cases data into weekly/monthly reports for regional leaders

• Picking up disputes via e-ticketing system (Palantir) and reviewing other systems: order handling (GCSS), container movement tracking (RKEM) & DnD charge and
free-time calculation (CXED, EDDI2), customer set up & invoice in SAP and validating contract details, checking freight rates and quotations (AFLS), to resolve a dispute.
• Daily support and issue resolution via emails and calls & procuring a PTP from customer on invoices that are due.
• Issuing credit notes if the dispute goes through.
• Improve customer experience through root cause analysis of recurrent issues and one-time resolutions.
