Project management and improving customer experience
Pandora is strengthening the Global Marketing organization in order to become more data driven and customer centric. In the our Customer Journey Orchestration Team we are looking for a passionate individual to drive different projects related to customer experience and data capture across channels and touchpoints as well as carrying out initial pilots of customer journey orchestration. The overall aim for this position is to improve the consumer data foundation and on this basis contribute to creating a new and improved customer experience for the Pandora fans.
Your key accountabilities will be:
- Responsible for project managing projects related to data capture and customer experience in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Responsible for carrying out pilots on customer journey orchestration across channels and touchpoints with internal stakeholders and external vendors
‘Can do’ attitude and project management experience
Personally, you are very organised and you are comfortable working with tight deadlines. Your communication skills are strong, you have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and you are a team player with the ability to collaborate cross functionally – stakeholder management is something you enjoy.
Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:
- A degree within Marketing, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Customer Journey Orchestration or similar
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience working within Marketing, CRM, CEM and/or Customer Insights
- Proven project management experience is a must-have
- Specific experience with Data Capture projects and Customer Journey Orchestration is a plus
- Experience with project management tools such as Think Cell
- Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry, possibly within a global organization
Your new team
Customer Journey Orchestration is a team within Global Marketing that is centered around optimizing customer experience and business value across channels and touchpoints. The goal is to bridge the gaps between channels, touchpoints and systems to support personalization in every interaction that the customer has with Pandora - from the first moment the customer sees a Pandora ad, to the time they talk to Pandora Customer Service. In the team we are currently focusing on the Consumer Data Capture program, cross-channel insights and CRM tactics as well as doing customer journey orchestration pilots across channels and touchpoints.
We are offering a 12 month temporary contract, with a start date in July 2021.
