Copywriter, Global Brand Design
Calling all the word nerds out there…we may have the perfect position for you. The Global Brand Design team at Pandora is looking for its next rockstar copywriter to join during one of the most exciting times in the brand’s (and our design agency’s!) history.
Campaign storytelling, email marketing and advertising channels
This role is a unique opportunity for a highly collaborative and experienced strategic writer with an agency or creative in-house team background. You’ll work closely with a small but mighty copywriting team on a wide range of tasks and will provide support for all copy related needs for the rest of the BRACO team. On a daily basis you’ll also collaborate with colleagues from Global Marketing, Product, PR and a host of other functions and you’ll help shape the future voice of the brand online. You will be instrumental in high impact projects and kickass collaborations that require quick thinking and fast turnaround times. That’s why it’s key you are able to develop relationships quickly, love owning your tasks from start to finish, play with a ‘team first’ attitude, have a streak of perfectionism running through your veins, know your Millennials from your Gen Zers and are able to multitask with a smile on your face.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Own all copy and develop campaign storytelling for digital channels including social media, newsletters, advertising and website
- Develop, implement and test effective best practices for email marketing with strong focus on driving results
- Create copy for all website assets including landing pages, product pages, PR, longer editorial pieces and everything in between
- Responsible for copy for all advertising channels
- Hit deadlines and making sure there’s dots on your ‘I’ and crosses on your ‘t’, so to speak
- Proofread and edit consumer-facing materials, developing storyboards and producing brochures/magazines from start to finish

You are able to entrench yourself into the complexities of a brand and its development and constantly strive to shape your own work for the better. You are known to be a team player – with a ‘leave no friend in the trenches’ kind of attitude and you are always full of ideas and energy. And of course, you have an eagle eye for spelling, grammar and easily able to differentiate between UK and American English technicalities and cultural nuances.
Further to the above, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree-level education in marketing, communications, journalism or similar
- Minimum 7 years of experience (mid-weight to senior) in copywriting and creative communications from an agency or an in-house team
- Proven examples of working with both digital channels and the consumer experience, from concept to market launch
- English is your mother tongue
- Experience in fashion or a fashion-related industry is preferred
- Social media-savvy and highly digitally adept
- Strong experience with email marketing optimisation and lead generation
